These Terms of Use apply to CHAIN: SILLY BALLS, a free casual mobile game developed and published by RYDL GAMES, and to the rydlgames.online website. By downloading, installing, accessing or using the game, you agree to these terms.

By using CHAIN: SILLY BALLS, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use and that you will comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not download, install or use the game. These terms are a legal agreement between you and RYDL GAMES, an independent game developer and sole proprietor.

CHAIN: SILLY BALLS is a free casual mobile game supported by advertising. The game does not require a user account and does not currently include subscriptions, in-app purchases, virtual currency, user-generated content, multiplayer or social features.

RYDL GAMES is operated by an independent game developer and sole proprietor based in the Czech Republic.

You may use CHAIN: SILLY BALLS for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You agree not to:

• interfere with the normal operation of the game;
• exploit bugs, glitches or errors for malicious purposes;
• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the game where prohibited by applicable law; or
• circumvent advertising, security or other systems through unauthorized means.

The game is supported by advertising and may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services. The advertising formats currently planned are rewarded advertisements and interstitial advertisements.

Rewarded advertisements are optional. You may choose to watch a rewarded advertisement in exchange for an in-game benefit, such as additional taps. Rewarded advertisements may not always be available, and the availability, number and type of advertisements may depend on factors outside RYDL GAMES' control, including your region, device and network conditions.

The game, including its original graphics, game design, text, sounds, branding and other original content, is owned by or licensed to RYDL GAMES and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the game or its content. This section does not claim rights over third-party technology, SDKs, fonts or other third-party materials used in the game.

RYDL GAMES may update, modify, improve or discontinue all or part of CHAIN: SILLY BALLS at any time. We do not guarantee that the game will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device or platform.

You agree not to use the game for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable or impair the game or interfere with others' use of it. This includes using unauthorized tools, bots or modifications to gain an unfair advantage or to disrupt the game.

The game uses third-party services, including advertising providers such as Google AdMob, to display ads. These third parties may process information in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies. RYDL GAMES is not responsible for the content, practices or availability of third-party services.

The game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. RYDL GAMES does not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RYDL GAMES will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the game. Nothing in these terms affects your mandatory consumer protections under the laws of your country of residence where applicable.

RYDL GAMES may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Continued use of the game after changes means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.

RYDL GAMES is operated by a sole proprietor based in the Czech Republic. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without depriving you of any mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of your country of residence where applicable.
